I am a sports medicine focused (but all are welcome!) physical therapist who has a small private office and works closely with my patients to help them return to their activities and sports they are passionate about. Types of appointments:

Initial Evaluation- For patients who are new and have never been to the office before, they are required to have an Initial Evaluation session which entails a full hour 1-on-1 thorough physical examination of the injured body part as well as answering questions and subjective reporting.

Follow-up/Regular PT session- For patients who are already established to the office and are returning. This is is a 60 or 30 minute session based on the patient’s preference and schedule.

Cupping Session- A 15 minute cupping session for releasing tight muscles and drawing blood flow to the affected areas to promote bloodflow.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our pre-appointment requirements. If there are any questions related to the services or insurance, please send me an email at RLeeDPT@gmail.com. Dress comfortably, as long as you are able to move and receive manual soft tissue therapy, feel free to wear what you like.

Cancelation Policies

At R Lee Physical Therapy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need. Failure to provide timely notice may result in losing your deposit. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Payment Information

We strive to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our patients. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, Apple pay, Venmo, Zelle, and personal checks. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payment, please don't hesitate to contact my office. I’ll be more than happy to assist you!
